there are a lot of articles about the 1947-1953 chevy truck. however whats missing is the basics. my truck has been apart for about 3 years. i finally got it street worthy and am trying to put it back together. i searched and cant fins a good article that shows how to doe this and get the sheet metal aligned. even the article you did on the grille installation glazed over the installation of the lower grille support and the rod supports that connect to it. getting all of the bracing on and correct help make these old trucks fun to drive. running a truck that sounds like it will rattle apart sucks. please to an article that shows the front fenders, grille, and all supports being installed.

This may help some. Don't know where you will get the detail your looking for, but an assembly manual would help.
