Hello all, I'm also like vroc4507 i joined to find out about helpful tips and ideas on how to covert fromcarb to tbi , upgrades on suspension ,bodywork .All things that contribute to building and restoring ,because i learned years ago to listen to others ideas because everyone has a purpose . So that makes everyones each one of us good at certain areas of automotive works. So all information and experience dealing with automotive problems and solutions is always helpful knowledge ! floydstoy  

Welcome vroc4507 and floydstoy good to have you and post some stuff once in awhile. I think most of us here are hobbyists but some that post work in custom shops. I'm sure if you ask for info you will recieve but it might not happen quickly. Like Wayne always says the "Source Interlink Media" icon at the bottom of the page will lead to alot of good resources. Hi hows every one going new here ? from Australia and looking at info on restos and parts also looking at coming over to the states and buying a 48-51 ford to travel around in for 3 months then bringing it back home

it searches the craigs from areas you select or nation wide..

i did not see any early fords like you would like.. but they do pop up once in a while..

ready to drive across the country cars of that age... are not that easy to find..

you also might want to join the automobile club... AAA... or if you have a membership down under.. find out if the towing is good for up here also... just in case the early ride gets stuck someplace.. you don't get caught up with a high binder tow operator..

even well prepped cars that go on the hot rod power tour and the car craft anti tour have break down issues..

both of those magazines are on this site.. along with about 40 others..  

well.... i just checked the los angeles craigs... actually south bay los angeles area..

this is 12 grand



its 90 percent complete... and has spiderwebs under the tires if you notice...  

there is this 50 COE ... already dropped on a 82 F250 frame but it looks more like a F350 or E350 frame..

 

again south bay...

this one up in ventura....  20 grand..
