I am new to the forum and, recently started my childhood goal of restoring a classic so please don't rape me hear. Lol. Ok I have a 383 stroker dual ram intake with two 750 cfm edelbrock carbs. First off is this too much? I want to keep it a street cruiser not on the track, of course I'd like to get up and go as we'll. it has a 700r4 auto tranny and when I drop her into 1st and slam on her she stalls, meaning the carbs need tuning correct. And help would be appreciated. Semper fi

You have way to much carb, if your running two fours you' need to step all the way down to 390 CFM per carb especially for the street, not sure if eldebrocks come in 390 CFM but holleys do.
