Hi Guys
I am new on here but have been building a '48 Chevy COE for the last 3 years. see pics of progress here

The donor chassis is an '83 Duallie and I will be using the '83 duallie wheels but would like some stainless trim bands. I have a pair of 2" wide ones for the front but does anyone know if there are wider ones 3" or 4" available for the rears

I tried your webshot address and it wouldn't load anything. The site mentioned it was busy due to high volume or the pics were moved. If you have time load your pics on photobucket and post here from there. I'd like to see the project.

Hey Willy! Ijust checked out the pics of your 48 C O E. WOW! This truck is gonna be totally awesome. I'm impressed with the workmanship you are putting into this truck. You must do this kind of work a lot. The framework for the bed looks to be well thought out. Hope you post pics of it when you're done with it. Would love to see them.

Thanks, it has been a big project alright but I look forward to the day I drive it down the road all finished.You will be able to see the size of my smile  all the way over there in the USA when that happens.
I will upload some more pics when there is a bit more progress
