hello hope someone can help me out. i bought a 1964 suburban for girlfriend and am looking for a rear seat for it for starters and possible bucket seats for the front. instead of me "suggesting" for her to do this or do that i've left this to her to tell me what she wants done to it . so far she realizes that the drum brakes in front and manual steering she does no like ! haha so i'm hoping someone can help me out with what to do [changing front clips] what years of chevy trucks  swap over with the least amount of modifications plz thx. like i said i'm pretty new to forums and will even have to ask my girl to show me how to post up sum pics of her 64. one thing i will say she loves it. i will also put up sum pics of my 51 5 window chevy pickup when its done being chopped with suicide doors and airbagged.

I saw one on Craigslist recently . Go to http://chattanooga.craigslist.org/pts/1797151358.html , it's listed in an ad with other items . Good luck !

I got a disc brake kit from Master Power Brakes and installed it myself in 1998, on my '65 Sub. At the time they only had 5 lug setup, which is fine with me as theres a better selection of rims.(mine has 86 Suburban rallys painted to match the body). They now have 6 lug setups for the older trucks if thats how you want to stay. The kit I believe is from a 72 Chevy P/U. My P/S is from a 72 pickup as well. If you go with the 5lug setup, you'll have to either send the axles out to have the 6 holes filled and the new ones drilled(I did that through Moser Engineering), or find a new set with the same bolt pattern. Hope this helps.
