1964 F100 Brakes, Power Steering and A/C

I have a 1964 F100 that is in pretty good shape. The body and frame are solid. The brakes are the original 4 wheel drums. I need averyones help what would I ust to convert the brakes to disc and add power steering and a/c? What parts do I need from other cars that are compatible for what I am trying to do? I hope that I get parts used my budget would stretch a lot further to get more done on this. I hope that who ever reads this can guide me in the rigt direction.
