Your question is pretty broad. What make of engine and transmission do you want to use, and what else do you want to do to it?

Are there any numbers stamped into the transmission anywhere? If so what are they?

If indeed it is a 392 Hemi, you're in luck. Isky has cams, and Egge has pistons, and gasket sets. You'll have to dig to find Dodge body parts. The stock suspension and brakes is a waste of time. Try CPP, or Total Cost Involved, No-Limit Engineering for chassis stuff.
