I'm going to install a TH-700 tranny in my C-10 Step Side 1979. Is it possible to use the original crossmember which hold the original TH-350 in place?

The tranny is a couple inches longer than the th-350 so the crossmember will have to go back that amount. If the crossmember bolts on to the frame you can just drill new holes where they end up .
