Hello,
Just joined the forum.

My son will be driving sooner then I thought. (man they grow up fast!)
He Grandpa gave him his old 1978 Ford P/U. It almost looks as good as the day it was new. No major dents, and the paint is a little faded.

We are looking for some ideas on what to do update it just a little without killing the retro look. A new radio is a must. Mom does not like the fact that there are no head rest. What about bucket seats? Any links to some place to get stuff at a fair price?
I would post a photo of the truck but don't see a way to add one. It is Burnt orange and cream.
Thanks
Paul

Welcome to the forums. How is the engine looking? How many miles and when is the last time all the fluids got flushed out. Fix any dents you might have and slap a fresh coat of paint. That would spice up the old girl. For me bucket seats are a must. Grab them off a 90's+ truck and your set.
