With So many Custom Apaches I haven't been able to figure out where The Front License Plate goes.  So first Question is Position of the Plate when it came from the factory?

Image Showing it would be nice. Currently its Placed In the middle of the Bumper.
The plate is bent Over the Bumper and Looks shitty.

Second question.
Restoring to almost stock but Will Put air bags for a Smoother ride. Not making it lower rider or anything of that nature Just a clean Truck.

Now i would like to thank in advance and This is my first post. Images and Profile May come soon. I know this is  CUSTOM CLASSIC Trucks But IM sure a Stock restoration Truck wont Piss off anyone like they do at other forums.

The stock front plate was side-mount that sat up on the valance. It sounds like you are talking more about a resto-rod, than stock. Either way is cool.

58, & 59 were mounted in the center of the front bumper, the holes come pre drilled in the bumper, you are missing the angled tag bracket that goes between the tag and the bumper, and that is why your tag was wrapped around the bumper, late 55 to 57 were mounted off set in the right side of the grill area.
