I have a 62 Chevy truck I want to swap in a 72 front suspension to get rid of the torsion bars and gain the disc brakes. In addition, I want to install drop spindles and power steering. My question is what parts do I need to get the power steering connected? I've seen kits of all sorts on Ebay but not sure if I need 62 parts or 71 parts or a combination of both.

Take some measurements of a donor and see if you can take the entire front suspension clip (drum to drum including crossmember and motor mounts) out and bolt it in the '62.  You might look for a newer one from the late 70'2 or early '80's.  I got one from a '88 C30 under '47 Ford 2 ton right now and the frames were within 1/8 inch in width so I'm just drilling holes to bolt it up.  The dropped spindles and springs a more readily available for the newer suspensions. Then just use the donor power steering.
