[bold]HELP![/bold]  I have ran accross a fairly nice and complete 1946 Ford Truck.  Can someone out there provide me with the wheel base of a normal 1/2 Ton 46 Ford truck?  Did they make a 3/4 ton and if so what are the differences?  What is the length of the bed, are the cabs and sheet metal the same, etc.  Any and all information and sources for parts would be GREATLY appreciated.  Thanking to all in advance, Affordable.

The 1942-47 1/2 ton had 114" wheelbase, look at www.ford-trucks.com , they have a pre 48 section with links to parts. And they did make a 3/4 ton with 122" wheelbase, and a 1/1/2 on and some larger models too as well as panels. All the cabs and rear fenders are identical from 40 to 47, except the the 42-47 which have a hole cut for the gas filler in the passenger side. The 42-47 all use the same hoods and grille panel and the fenders for the larger models have bigger wheel well openings.
