I have a 56 chevy truck frame. I read two different ways two get the centerline from the same company. One is 28 3/8 from the front cab mount and the other is the middle of the 1/2 inch hole on top of the frame rail, witch is 3/4 of an inch ahead of the other line ? Any help Please. Mike

Which frame (company) do you have? I don't know a manufacturer out there that doesn't have a help line for tech questions. Mike, I'd give them a call.

Mike, you are welcome. Just as a side note, it always pays to read the directions. Here's a good example on a Total Cost IFS for a '53 -56 Ford F-100 if you measure the old Ford arraingment instead of whats on Total Cost's directions the frontend will not be centered in the front wheelwells. It will set back just like a stock Ford.
Oh yeah, Mike, who's IFS did you get?

John, I got the wide ride from no limits . In April I bought a dvd from no limits to learn how to install a camero clip on my truck.I changed my mind,I did want a nicer ifs on my truck. It show's how to level and get the center line that was shorter than what no limits lists in there catalog, and the directions for the ifs.I will call them on monday, I just thought that someone on this site might know now.
