You don't don't want to go too cheap... Unless of course your trying to get rid of your wife, or girlfriend. If you want really good stuff at fair prices I would try Classic Performance Products, or McGaughys Suspension Parts, those are a few to get you started. '71-up to 87 C-10 discs can work, but I'm not writing a tech story here. I've got to get back to the magazine righting, uh, writeing...writing. See, I can spchell.

Frisbee's are cheap, and they come in bright shiny colors.

I changed in a complete cross member for rotor to rotor. From a 76 c-10 parts truck got the steering box and slid in the tilt wheel for cheap money

Early Classic Interprises Inc.in Fresno Ca. Will have a complete setup for your 65 SWB. in several height spindles and Rotor styles. They sell the complete kit. My Chevy 1962 with torsion bars was converted with very little effort. Great Company and friendly staff to answer all the questions. Don 62Blue

Blue62,
Yeah, you're right, Early Classic also has the good parts for hanging disc brakes on a '65. I was in Fresno, a couple of weeks ago, and dropped by Early Classic to shoot an upcoming tour for CCT's Classic Life. Mark and Stan are both great guys, it was a really good visit.
