does anyone know what the process is to remove and replace a firewall on a 1932 ford pickup truck??

Ask the guys that sell them, they can tell you. Basically you cut the old out after you have welded-in braces so your cowl will not spring and then you spot-weld in the new one in. Check that it is in right and then finish welding. that's it in a nutshell.
