'56 FORD F-100 ROLLING CHASSIS: I don't really want to sell it, but the city is on my case to get it out of view. I'm talking about my rolling chassis for a '56 Ford F-100. Its the one in the January issue featured with my Black Barn Find '56 Big-Window. It has a fresh Volare frontend, and a Ford 9-inch with disc brakes. I want $2,800 or offer. If you want a 305 Oldsmobile engine and trans I'll include it for a little more money.
Delivery is available for an additional fee. Email me at john.gilbert@sourceinterlink.com

Thanks,

John G.

I'm restoring a 1949 Ford Pickup, and need the pickup box and metal rear fenders.  I know the sides are still manufacured, but I don't know where??  I'm in southern Ontario/south of Hamilton.  I've gotten most of other parts from Mac's in Lockport Ny.

4 SALE. 1982 Chevy K10 Scottsdale (4 x4). shrt bed, reg cab.
54,500 miles original.  Rare and professionally maintained/ sorted 6.2 turbo diesel, w/ TH400 auto trans, reblt locking diffs and reblt transfer case.
New white paint on original body with no rust or fillers, trim, radiator, water pump, brake booster, power steering box and tie rod ends, fuel injector pump, fuel lines, tires, wheel bearings.  Large frnt steel bumper w/ 9k warn winch and rear diamond plate bumper with hvy duty tow & brake boost.  Bed liner, AM/Fm cassette with new Kenwwod speakers.  Dual 16 gallon tanks (removed and cleaned) and new fuel lines and filters. Dual exhaust. Tilt wheel, tinted glass, bench seat (marroon int), original AC (will charge and set-up for sale if requested). This is a strong diesel that drives very well with little noise, no smoke or smells, and attains great fuel economy at between 16-20 mpg depending on traffic conditions.  I drive this truck at a 70-75+ mph during commutes.  It gets off the line surprisingly quickly for a diesel, as the turbo helps to generate much more power across the board than stock. Over $12k in receipts from 2006. All work performed by Chevy dealer or ASE/AAA certified mechanics with warranties on the trans and injection. I have to downsize my fleet as construction has slowed down in Sacramento.
email or call me if interested

That's because you don't have a truck, so you don't have to suffer some of the afflictions guys that own and build trucks sometimes have to go through. Just for a laugh get on Craig's list and buy some old truck parts and then leave them out in front of your house. Its an experience that I think will enrichen your life many times beyond what a non-gearhead could comprehend, and in the end you will be much happier person... Not that you're not happy now.
