I am going to suicide my doors on my 1950 F100, I am thinking of putting the poppers on the inside of the cab below the hinges to hide them. Does anybody know if they will work the same there as they would on the other side of the cab?

Yep, they will. Check out the poppers and electric window story I did using Electric-Life poppers power windows. We mounted them right under the bottom hinge. The story is in the October issue or you can find it here on our website.

Have you used the jammers they are selling now? I read about those and they seem smaller than the actual poppers?

It was the Jammers that we used. Make sure you use not too-high a pound rating. By this I mean you can blow a dent into the door-jambs if you use too much spring pressure.
I learned the hard way, just to see what would happpen.
Like I've said before, "we make the mistakes so you guys don't have to."
